TERMS OF SERVICE (effective since July 15th, 2007)

1. When using KYPS, you provide to the KYPS service the username and the password for an account that you maintain at a third-party site. You acknowledge and accept that the provider of the KYPS service does not in any way urge or invite you to divulge this information to the KYPS service. Rather, you provide your username and password to the KYPS service as a result of your own informed decision. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that, by providing this information to the KYPS service, you are not in breach of any agreements, written or implied, that you have with the third-party site where you maintain your account. The provider of the KYPS service cannot and will not be liable for your failure to comply with any agreements that you have with others, and in particular with the third-party site where you maintain your account. You acknowledge and accept that the provider of the KYPS service does not in any way urge or invite you to break any rules.

2. You are responsible for keeping your one-time codes secret, under the same conditions as you keep your password secret. The provider of the KYPS service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your codes secret. Moreover, the provider of the KYPS service cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to the account you maintain at the third-party site.

3. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the KYPS service is at your sole risk and that the KYPS service is provided "as is" and as available. In particular, you acknowledge that KYPS is a non-commercial service that is provided on a best effort basis, and that the service may at times be unavailable. KYPS cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such unavailability.

4. You acknowledge that the KYPS service is in no way affiliated with the websites for which it provides login support.

5. The KYPS service maintains the right to change these service terms without prior notice. The current service terms are published at this address.
